At Net Business we are always happy to talk to present and future customers. Our contact page gives specific details on how to contact us. However, you may find the following links helpful.
Anti spam system upgrade
Possible spam will now come to you with a from address of 'Net Business Mail Monitor' and the subject line will be 'Possible spam detected'. When you view the message, you will find that the original has been attached and the body will contain a short summary of the original message headers (i.e. who it was from subject etc). It will also contain the reason it failed the spam tests, and a short message from us.
If the message is obviously spam, then you should delete it without opening the attachment. If you feel that the message is legitimate, or of interest to you, then you can open the attachment and read the original message.
If the message is from someone you know and trust ,or someone you want to receive email from in the future, then you can add them to your personal white list.
To add an email address to your personal white list.
Log in to your web mail at http://www.netbusiness.co.uk/webmail using the user id and password for your mail account.
When you are logged in, click on address book in the left hand panel, then click on "contacts".
Use the New Contact button at the top of the main panel, to add the address that you want to white list.
When you have finished adding your contact's details, click save and close.
Identified in this way, whenever our system receives email form the contact, it will 'pass' it through without modification.
